Instead, you lease the completed project from Plaza City, LLC. By leasing, you release operating capital that can be re-allocated to other strategic initiatives, offering a higher rate of return on investment.

As a single tenant, you have a number of build-to-suit solutions from which to choose:
- If you already own the land, we can design and build a facility.

Where financing is necessary, the build-to-suit option entails a long-term lease commitment. As with most financial arrangements, creditworthiness may be rewarded with favorable financing terms — with Plaza City, LLC serving as the lessor.
